Au Chi Wai stopped both the Indian

Beats Manan in Top-16, Aditya in Quarters

Au Chi Wai of Hong Kong today stopped both the Indians one by one giving a setback on hopes of India to win 25th Asian Snooker Title. Today morning in Pre-quarter Finals, Au Chi Wai beats Manan Chandra 4-2. Manan took the initial frame, and then Au made a lead of 2-1, which again levelled by Manan by taking one more frame but could not stop Au to reach into Quarters. In Quarter Final, Au meet Aditya Mehta, where again he did not give any chance to Aditya and beats him 5-2.

In other Quarter Finals, Shi Hanqing beats Mohd. Al Joaker 5-1, Mei Xiwen beats Tian Pengfei, and Ratchapol aka James Wattanna beats Fung Kwok Wai.

Tomorrows line up for Semi Finals: Mei Xiwen (China) v/s Shi Hanqing (China); and Ratchapol Oram (Thailand) v/s Au Chi Wai (Hong Kong)
