Alok outplayed Asian Games gold winner
In a brilliant display of cue-action, the
Bronze Medalist of 2010 Asian Games for 8-Ball Pool, Alok Kumar from
India, firstly qualify for Knockout stage and then in first encounter in
Round of 64 he outplayed Asian Games gold medalist, Kuo, Po Cheng from
Taipei 9 racks to 4.
Alok trailing 1-3 in the start and then
3-4, won 6 racks in a row including 4 consecutive run-outs to avenge his
defeat in semi finals in the Guangzhou Asian Games.
Worth mentioning that Alok Kumar, apart from
Pool, is multiple times National Champion in English Billiards and Snooker.
Also he won the Asian Snooker title in the year 2004.
