Raj competes in 'Jacoby Custom Cue

Raleigh, North Carolina, USA –
(June 8, 2008) India’s Raj “The Hitman” Hundal competed in a field
of 25 which included top international players Rodney Morris and
Mike Davis in the Jacoby Custom Cues Carolina Tour June 7-8. The
$1,000-added event was held at Babineau’s in Raleigh, NC.
Hundal lost in the finals to
“Rocket” Rodney Morris 9-4. ‘The Hitman” defeated Morris earlier in
the tournament sending Morris to the one loss side, only to meet him
again in the finals. During the final, Morris and Hundal struggled
back and forth to a 4-4 tie in the before Morris took command,
winning the next five to capture the first-place prize.
Hundal will next compete in the
GenerationPool.com 9-Ball Championships being held in Charlotte,
North Carolina June 9-12. Top ranked players from around the world
are scheduled to compete and will
consist of the top 32 players from the
U.S. Professional Poolplayers Association
(UPA) rankings. The tournament was previously called the
Enjoypool.com 9-Ball Championships and is taped for broadcast on
ESPN and ESPN2
