It is very sad to
inform that well-known Indian coach for cuesports, Mr. Satish
Amarnath passed away this afternoon after a prolonged illness.
69 years old,
Satish Amarnath remained actively involved in cuesports throughout
his life and had trained many cueists (including professional player
Aditya Mehta in his early days of learning). Most of the time he was
found watching matches in the arena and encouraging youngsters
before and after their matches.
Amarnath was
suffering a prolonged diseases that snatched him away from cuesports
fraternity.
His contribution in
excelling cuesports will always be remembered.
