The Tournament is open only for
the registered players of APBSA.

All the Players should be bonafide residents of Andhra Pradesh
-
Entries should be sent through a Club of District Association
affiliated with APBSA

Entries alongwith the entry fee by Cash / DD should be sent to
the Tournament Secretary. Entries without the entry fee will not
be accepted. DD Should be drawn in favour of L.V.R. & Sons Club
& Reading Room, payable at Guntur.

The rules of APBSA and BSFI will be followed in conducting the
tournament.

The Tournament Committee is the Final Authority to decide all
the disputes concerned in conducting the Tournament.

Draws will be displayed on Notice Board of L.V.R. & Sons Club &
Reading Room on 17.12.2008

Free Lodging & Boarding will be given to the outstation players
one day before commencement of the match and one day after the
completion of their match.

All the players should report at the Table in time/ or on
completion of Earlier Match in Progress. A grace time of 10
minutes is allowed and after the grace time, if the player is
not reported at Table, his entry will be scratched off the
draws.
