The tournament is open for all
Goans who are members of the Cue Sports Association of Goa.

No Entry fee shall be
charged.
-
The
points of both the legs shall be considered for selection of top
eight players and the seeding shall be given on the basis of
performance in the super league to be played among the top eight.
-
There will be cash prizes, besides an opportunity to represent the
state of Goa in Snooker and Billiards for the first time.

The
association shall support the selected players to represent Goa
