RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Triloki
Nath Bhargava North India Snooker Tournament in open only to
players from J & K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh,
Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh / Uttrakhand.
2. The
tournament shall be conducted at two venues Oudh Gymkhana Club
and Lucknow Cue Sports Academy.

3. The two
players who represented their state in the 2012 Nationals in the
Main Draw shall be seeded. (8 States x 2 Players = 16 Seeded
Players)
4. Only 4
entries from each State shall be accepted for the qualifiers on
first come first bases. (8 States x 4 Players = 32 entries)
5. Incase 16
seeded players are not available then players from entries
received with highest ranking as per CSI rankings shall be
upgraded to seeded players.
6. Incase 32
entries for the qualifiers are not available, the vacant slots
shall be filled by players who qualify from the pre qualifier
knockout tournament. State criteria shall not be enforced for
empty slots. Entry shall be Rs.500/= and the qualifying players
shall pay an additional Rs. 500/= to play the tournament
qualifiers.
7. Entry Fee shall be
Rs.1000/= payable by all players including seeded players.
8. Qualifiers will be played in a league format
(best of three) and 16 players will qualify to play the main
draw.
9. Main draw shall be played
first in league format and then knockout format.
10. League & knockout matches of
the Main Draw shall be best of five frames.(semis &finals being
best of seven).
11. No accommodation will be
provided.
12. No entries shall be accepted
after last date of entry.
13. The tournament committee has
the right to change.

14. In the league stages players
shall refer their own matches. Referee shall be available from
Knockout stage only.
15. All the
rules of fifteen red snooker shall be applicable. Except the
foul and miss shall be restricted to only 5 replacements. Degree
of difficulty shall not be a consideration.
16. Dress code shall be semi
formal: Formal pants, Single colored shirt or collared T-Shirts
and formal shoes. Any deviation shall be automatic walkover.
17. No "No Value" matches will be
played.
